Nikon Super Coolscan 5000 ED - Missing lines

Recently I have experienced issue with my Coolscan, where after certain point in the picture blank lines started appearing.

Above you can see example of the picture.

After disassembling scanner, CCD sensor board flat flex connector was bent over, due to the way it was positioned, likely part of it was pulled out of one of the connectors causing loss of data during scan.

Highlighted in red - visibly torn plastic base.
In blue - Area where ribbon was bent over.

To my luck none of the traces appear to have any damage.

Narrow trace resistance was about 0.7Ω
Wide trace resistance was about 0.5Ω
These resistances was consistent across all traces.

Straitened out the ribbon, reconnected it, ensured it was straight in place where it suppose to go and scanner is now in working condition again.
